EXPRESSING AND UNDERSTANDING

As small as a mustard seed, my anxiety grows from nothing; this seed is resilient even in the dryest of soils

Yet, it can grow just as my dreams

I choose what I reap, I choose what sow.

Sometimes, though, I'll play with what I don't want to sow

In the field of anxiety, the flowers are pretty afterall :)
